Return & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for PerfectLift once the packaging has been opened or the product has been tried on. Please be aware that our shapewear is designed to fit snugly to the body, and for health and hygiene reasons, it cannot be returned or refunded once worn or tested.

If you wish to return your item before opening the packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unopened, unworn, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at office@preafs.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and find a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or worn shapewear due to hygiene reasons
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

If you need a different size, the fastest way is to place a new order and return the unopened item within 14 days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unopened, unworn, and in its original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at office@preafs.com.
